We offer convenient and fast delivery of your favorite tea and coffee in Kyiv and nearby cities.

Delivery terms for Kyiv and surrounding cities (Brovary, Irpin, Bucha, Boryspil):

• Delivery is available from Monday to Friday.
• The minimum order amount for free delivery is 3000 UAH.
• If the order amount is less than 3000 UAH, the delivery cost is 250 UAH.

Delivery in the Kyiv region:

• Delivery is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• The minimum order amount for free delivery is 4000 UAH.
• For orders under 4000 UAH, the delivery cost ranges from 300 to 400 UAH, depending on the distance.

Order Acceptance Conditions

To ensure timely processing and delivery of orders, please note the following time frames:

For retail customers (end consumers)

Orders are shipped within 1–3 days from the moment of payment (or checkout, for cash on delivery orders).

For corporate clients (coffee shops, gas stations, restaurants, offices, etc.)

Orders with next business day delivery via our own logistics are accepted until 15:30 on the current day.

Please note that orders placed after the specified times will be processed on the next business day.
